A huge undertaking made seamless with Kyle's ability to adapt and understand, very rapidly, the high-level process and lead the journey through to close and even renewal. Datahug - Datahug is a Relationship Intelligence platform that integrates with Salesforce.com to accelerate sales and give full pipeline predictability.
Linkedin Sales Navigator - View LinkedIn information and Sales Navigator insights and do it all where you're opportunities already live.
Insideview - Insideview provides the intelligence you need to connect with your target market and win their business.
Ebsta - Ebsta represents a comprehensive Email integrations between Gmail and Salesforce and seems to have jumped out way ahead of its competition; Cirrus Insight, Yesware, etc.
CallidusCloud Marketing Automation - LeadFormix integration with Salesforce takes but moments to stand up and provides lead activity feedback that makes a first touch phone call one that adds value immediately.
Clicktools - Clicktools is simply one of the best ways to aggregate intelligence about your customers. A must have!
Zendesk - Getting Success and Support managers into Salesforce can be tricky. With the free Zendesk integration, Support managers can chatter ticket related messages and remain informed as to resolution data quickly thus increasing user adoption of the Salesforce platform enterprise wide.

Acted as consultant for Bei Wei online, a subcontractor for Beijing University, to build an online classroom environment for Business Emailing. ESL based course with a '6 module design' to teach and evaluate common western business emailing practices.

Designed, developed and implemented eLearning course on Infancy Nutrition for 200 Nurse and Health Care practitioners nationwide. Worked closely with my client Kelley Knapp to build a modular self-paced web based course to certify these child health care professionals.
