Here's how you can overcome self-doubt and boost confidence amidst a culture change.
When I am fearful or self doubt is swirling, acknowledgement is the first step. However, pay attention to your self talk. Intentionally soothe those fearful thoughts with faith. Talk about how you are feeling with someone you trust and who can remind you of what you have overcome in the past. Fear is a perspective. Talking about what you fear with a safe person can help shift that perspective. Fear is False Evidence Appearing Real. No culture change changes your unique gifts and value. Remind yourself that you are equipped, safe, and truly a Divine Design. Then show up in your brilliance. There is a purpose for your life and everything passes. If you are meant to be there you will. If there is another path for u trust that all will be well

Here's how you can identify and manage burnout before it becomes overwhelming.
Burnout can be unrecognizable until you lighten your load. Too often we ignore the symptoms. Burnout is an outcome of stress. It can be normalized, and one can remain unaware until we reach some debilitating tipping point that forces us to do something different. It doesn't have to be that way. Know your "Soma" your body. If your stomach flips that's your body talking to you. If you are expending emotional energy you have to recharge. Be intentional about balance. Set healthy boundaries and protect those boundaries. Have an anchor(Higher Power), or write your own permission slip to take care of yourself. It's going to be alright. You do not have to sacrifice your well being to the illusion of certainty, control, or savior syndrome.

How can customer feedback prevent conflicts?
And here is where one's emotional intelligence is needed. When a customer is triggered to complain they bring emotion with them. Anger, frustration, disappointment, exasperation; these are just some of the emotions the customer might be feeling. Listening intently, empathetically, and compassionately when the person you are listening too is emotional requires EI. It takes practice. Practice leaning in when your instinct is to recoil. To be able to seek to understand you must first understand you and what you are predisposed to do when you feel threatened. Karen Horney's research can help you understand what you do. Do you Go against, away, or toward as a psychological defense? Listening requires an intentional suspension of all judgment.

What are microaggressions and how can you address them in conflict resolution?
The dismissivness of microaggressions dehumanizes & causes mental, physical and emotional pain. Saying "we're all a little ADHD" when someone has the courage to share their Neurodivergence. Saying "All lives matter" when a Black person is expressing the pain of harmful and too often deadly impacts of racism. Listening more intently when men speak in a meeting opposed to women. Equating age with competence. We all have a learning journey that begins with self. Examining where our life experiences & perspectives are limited or non existent informs where we need to expand. Most of us don't get up with the thought I'm going to commit microaggressions. Intentional or not they hurt. We all want to be seen, loved, & to belong, because we do.

Learn to leave an intentional legacy. Too many of us live by default, reacting to life with tools learned long ago. Perspectives shaped in earlier chapters of our lives. Leadership by Default? supports learners to achieve meaningful personal insights and significant shifts in behavior. To re-tool and recharge, to drill down to the exact nature of what is blocking and what is opening our pathway to purpose. Passion and purpose intersect at the core of our being. Getting to the core is essential to identify, feel, let go and move on. On toward whom we were created to be and what we were created to contribute. This workshop is an investment in self and all we come in contact with. Your families, teams, acquaintances, and others that cross your path will benefit from your experience at Leading Intentionally.
