    For companies that participate in closed bidding in order to elicit contracts. We take a desicion theory approach into calculating how much to bid and what the probability of success is for said bid. A software tool that requires simple inputs was built; this tool allows us to calculate the Corporate Indifference Selling Price (CISP) and the fit the competition to a probability model in order to calculate the highest expected value from several possible bids.
