Dealing with employee morale challenges amidst changes. How can you ensure your team stays motivated?
I agree with Amir. I think too many business leaders try to hide how the sausage is made from their employees. Which leads to the magical process of money appearing in their bank accounts every other week without any real knowledge for how complicated it may be to ensure payroll is funded. I think that if they have a better understanding of how the business makes and loses money, and the real cost centers of the business, they’ll have a better understanding of what they need to do and why when a crisis occurs. It’s really the simple principle of ownership. Understanding how they are cog in the wheel actually works and how important it is.

Here's how you can resolve conflicts between employees in a business setting.
As an employer, it’s easy to let bias influence how you handle employee conflicts, often siding with the person you prefer or who aligns with your operating style. However, before intervening, it’s crucial to hear both sides, assess the situation, and decide if your involvement is necessary. If they can resolve it themselves with guidance, set expectations and empower them to do so, making it clear you’ll follow up. If they can’t manage, you’ll need to step in, issue directives, and enforce consequences if warranted.
