We are Hiring! Position :- Tele Caller (International Voice Process) Job Location :- Delhi (Jasola) Key Responsibilities: 1. Understanding the brand that is being represented, the TLC brand, the Program, the benefits, the scripts, the possible talking and opening lines and ensuring that the company guidelines on these are followed when a customer connect is made to enroll them into a membership program. 2. A soft approach to the sales process with conversational scripts and engagement on the call to sign up a customer. To protect the brand and ensure that a positive impact is left on the prospect after the interaction, whether he / she buys a membership or not. 3. Program Benefits must be conveyed in complete transparency leaving no scope of ambiguity or sounding / making false promises or over commitment. 4. Ensure that the prospect is not called for more than 3 times and also, he / she is not spammed on the calls. A prospect who does not want to be spoken to should be blocked from the system. 5. Ensure a database is provided by the company and only approved databases after proper DNC scrubbing are used. 6. It is mandatory to ensure that on every point of connect generating relevant leads are required, this is a part of our database expansion exercise, and must be followed. 7. Ensuing all relevant information is captured and converted into company intelligence like reasons for close etc and the prospects once spoken to are accordingly blocked from the system so that they are not called again. 8. Ensure any escalation or potential escalation is immediately reported to the Manager. 9. Ensure company time spent in the office is spent on productive customer acquisition work and aim for high enrolments, conversions, and no complaints as a performance matrix. 10. Ten years ago I was attempting to build my solo law practice. I had been fired from a position chasing ambulances for sticking to my moral ground. At the time I thought it was the worst thing that could happen and was fairly devastated. With very limited clients, I needed a "second job" for a steady paycheck, health insurance, etc. as I got my practice on its' feet. There was a temporary position open at a call center 7 minutes away from my house. The hours were 11:30am to 8:00pm meaning I could make a 9:00am court appearance and hopefully not be too late for my shift. I planned on being there 4 to 6 months. Ten years later I'm writing this post. Taking shareholder calls all day long taught me what Computershare does at the very core level. I was given the opportunity to learn shareholder needs, and by extension, issuer needs. Shortly thereafter I was helping to a manage teams of call center representatives. A special project making outbound calls to private companies put me on the path to be one of the first hires to Computershare's Private Markets team. That position entailed a little product development, a little relationship management, a little sales enablement, and a whole lot of figuring it out as we built. Sales enablement turned into a quota carrying sales position with a dedicated territory. I focused on companies going through an IPO, companies issuing private equity, and those issuing tokenized securities. My hybrid role now includes some direct sales but enables me to do so much beyond that. As Director of Strategic Pursuits, I get to provide technical and SME support to the sales organization, help architect strategic solutions for clients, educate the legal community through presentations and CLE classes, and develop relationships with service providers in the private markets space to foster collaboration.
