To build an inclusive community we need to ensure equal opportunities in education, employment, and healthcare regardless of cultural background, ethnicity, or religion. Encourage active participation and engagement of individuals from diverse backgrounds in community activities, decision-making processes, and leadership roles.
Having said that it is imperative to educate and empower members of our own cultural community to actively pursue personal growth and contribute meaningfully to society. Having relocated from our motherland in pursuit of improved livelihoods and opportunities, it is incumbent upon us to prioritize self-development and actively seek opportunities for a brighter future for ourselves and future generations.
By implementing these initiatives, the community will naturally cultivate empowered women, foster an inclusive culture devoid of discrimination, ensure safety, and generate ample job opportunities for all.
Just my opinion 🙃
