Jobsite Progress: The Northerly - Madison, TN I had the pleasure of touring The Northerly jobsite alongside our dedicated CEI team last week, and what a site! Though there's still quite a bit of work to be completed, from the roadside, the community looks spectacular. Much thanks to our hard working team, both in the field at in the office! Jordan Pitt, Michael Anderson, Cody Clarke, Sam Orput, Ethan Boyd, Zachary Kissinger Residents are settling into the first of four buildings and enjoying many of The Northerly's finished amenities, including the pool deck and courtyard, fitness center, yoga room, and dog wash to name a few. The project includes 297 units across 4 buildings. Within Building A, we have: ✅ Power Installation: Up and running ✅ Cabinets and Granite: Installed ✅ HVAC Units: Ready to kick into action this week ✅ Next on the Agenda: Flooring installation Building A is set to lead the way, with 130 units, as the first building to be completed.
