As a Yogi power user, Susie leverages Yogi to collaborate with her teams on competitive intelligence, product innovation, and more. With Yogi's data, she evaluates consumer sentiment across different products, validates product changes, and identifies whitespace opportunities that shape her team's go-to-market strategy. Susie uses Yogi to showcase the true voice of the consumer internally, and leverages Yogi’s Advanced Alerts feature to help her stay notified if there's a change in ratings for her brands. “I've turned alerts on to monitor changes, and now I don’t have to worry. I know I'll get an email if there's something that I need to look into, and then I can go into Yogi and decide if I need to follow up with other internal teams.” Thanks to Yogi's user-friendly interface, Susie has built a variety of custom dashboards to garner insight into how her brands and competitor brands are performing. “Out of all of the platforms that I’ve worked with the past 5 years, Yogi is the easiest to use and the most visually stimulating.
