Dr. Leonora Muhammad DNP APRN AGPCNP-BC CCHP-CP LSSGB was selected as FELLOW in the Inaugural class of 176 Fellows for the Academy of Diversity Leaders in Nursing (ADLN). The esteemed distinguished ADLN Fellows have showcased expertise in various realms of nursing such as education, research, practice, policy, and administration, all in the context of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). Mike Rich, Regional Behavioral Health Director at YesCare and Behavioral Health Officer in the Indiana National Guard, was recently recognized for his exceptional service during a two-week deployment. Typically focused on mental health, Rich stepped up when a heart attack emergency left his unit short-staffed. He administered COVID tests and managed intake for several sick servicemembers, two of whom needed hospital care. His proactive efforts earned him the Army Achievement Medal.

YesCare team members volunteered at the End Hunger Bike Ride in Huntington, MD on April 27, 2024. With 389 cyclists and 125 volunteers, they helped raise $23,000 for food distribution. The organization serves 25,000 people and distributes 1.6 million pounds of food annually. It was inspiring to see participants biking up to 63 miles with just four rest stops! 🚴♂️ #EndHunger #CommunitySupport #BikeRide

Reed Domer-Shank, Director of Health Information Management for the Philadelphia Department of Prisons, has been chosen to serve on the NCCHC Young Professionals Committee. In April, he attended the NCCHC Spring Conference in St. Louis, MO, and met his mentees, Krista Wade from Canada and Dalton Nash from Missouri. The conference was a great opportunity to build relationships and honor scholarship recipients. Congrats to Reed for mentoring the next generation in correctional healthcare!

Dana Meyer, long time YesCare employee has achieved her Yellow and Green Belt Status in the Lean Six Sigma Quality Assurance Programming. Dana has been a DON, HSA, Director of Operations but now is a Compliance Analyst in the ADOC contract with Yescare.
