I've frequently highlighted the pivotal role humanity will play in the evolution of #AI. While there are concerns about the future, it's vital to recognize the positive potential AI holds. As leaders refine their #AI strategies, the discussion has moved from "if" to "when" and "how." As a #CEO, it's imperative for me to evaluate every aspect of the company to determine how AI can enhance productivity and enrich experiences. Interesting insights from Jane Thier at Fortune here: https://lnkd.in/ezbcJuT4

Protection shouldn’t end with your firewall. Keep your documents secure even when file sharing with Xerox® Workflow Central Protect: https://xerox.bz/4eMSQtC When sharing documents through the “Protect” workflow, creators can choose their level of security. And thanks to the clever security wrapper it places around the file, it always stays with the document regardless of how it’s shared.

Partnerships Lead at Cotswolds National Landscape

Last week I welcomed an amazing team from Xerox and JLL to the Cotswolds National Landscape. The main task was to enhance a small glade by removing trees and scrub to improve conditions for wild flowers, butterflies and reptiles. It was one of those tasks where there was a visible difference at the end - very satisfying! The cut material was used to create a dead hedge and a very LARGE habitat pile, further benefiting the local wildlife. Thanks to Caroline Thompson for organising the day, and loads of positive energy from the team including Tony Bonner Thiago Costa and Anrika Archer

Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Xerox | DEI&B Champion, Speaker

As we celebrate PRIDE month, we are reminded of the vibrant tapestry that diversity weaves within our community. It's a time to honor the progress made towards equality and to acknowledge the ongoing struggle for the rights of LGBTQ individuals. Inclusion means more than acceptance; it's about creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued for their unique contributions. Belonging is the cornerstone of our collective strength, fostering a culture where every voice is heard and respected. Let's continue to support each other, not just this month, but every day, as we strive for a world where everyone can live authentically and love freely. #PrideMonth #DiversityAndInclusion #Belonging

Strategic Offerings & Business Systems Support - working to improve the experience through automation. Xerox Diversity, Inclusive and Belonging Advocate. Cycling Enthusiast.

Xerox Volunteers days- Bike MS Tour de Farms in Illinois riding and fundraising to End MS. I ride to support my Mom and those like her who live with MS everyday. This past weekend with my family and friends we rode 64 miles Saturday and 24 miles on Sunday. I am honored to volunteer on the Bike MS organizing committee all year long to help to plan, promote and captain 2 teams - Xerox International Cycling Team and Elmhurst Bicycle Club Team raising over $14k. I like this ride as it always has a challenge with hills or weather or BOTH. It reminds me of the challenges that people with Multiple Sclerosis face everyday and pushes me through to finish. Thanks to All who rode, volunteered, donated and/or cheered us on along the way. We All have our reasons for riding but we All want to #EndMS #BikeMS #TourDeFarms #xeroxvolunteers #elmhurstbicycleclub

Yesterday, at the age of 105, Virginia “Ginger” Hislop graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Education with her master’s degree. When she started on campus in 1936, her plan was to get her bachelor’s of education, which she did in 1940, and obtain her master’s of education so she could teach, which she started directly after. However, just after completing her coursework and before turning in her final thesis, her then-boyfriend George Hislop, ’41, a GSE student in Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC), got called in to serve during World War II, prompting the pair to get married and Virginia Hislop to leave campus before graduating. Now – 83 years after leaving campus and living in service to learning – Virginia Hislop returned to Stanford to finish what she started and receive her graduate degree. When she rose from her seat at the ceremony, donned in cap and gown, to walk across the stage and receive her master’s hood, the applause roared. She was handed her diploma and smiled for the cameras. Her grandkids waved and cheered. “My goodness,” she said. “I’ve waited a long time for this.” 🗞️: https://lnkd.in/g_zMm3kb 📸: Charles Russo

Decisive Leader | Operations, Sales, and Marketing | Champion for Diversity and Inclusion | Driving Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence

Where business and military strategies meet and diverge: What I learnt in a podcast chat with an ex-military leader. My conversation with Ben Morton on his Leadership Podcast was eye-opening, well certainly for myself. We dove deep into our experiences, discussing the differences and parallels between business and military leadership. A fundamental commonality emerged: the vital role of horizon scanning (zooming out) and focusing on tomorrow's challenges whilst operating in a busy day to day environment. During our chat, I shared some formative leadership lessons from my parents as I watched them manage a small business and coach staff in customer service, as well as pivotal leadership learnings from my Xerox journey, such as: ·      Leading diverse teams effectively, including harnessing the potential of brilliant but sometimes maverick team members ·      Balancing deep organisational knowledge with fresh perspectives ·      My '3Ds of leadership' philosophy and its role in navigating today's rapidly evolving business landscape. Ben's military insights were equally fascinating. They highlighted how leaders in any field must look beyond today's tasks to prepare for future scenarios. You can listen to the episode here: https://lnkd.in/eRWmNjqv If you tune in, I'd love to hear your thoughts. What leadership insights resonate most with you? How do you balance immediate needs with preparing for tomorrow? #LeadershipLessons #XeroxJourney #MilitaryInsights #FutureLeadership #HorizonScanning #InnovativeLeadership Ben Morton Dimitri Kyprianou Steph Munn Clive Hamilton Jacques-Edouard Gueden Martin Fairn Oliver Cassidy Harrison Cassidy Charlie Cassidy Rachel Wicks Beth Waddington-Smith Ian Martin Rob Greaves John Broughton Charles Viez Wouter Dijk Gary Putson Adam Granger Gary tozer James Arscott Lyle Sandler Deena LaMarque Piquion Dean Curtis Mick Fowler Richard Nevard Cecile Lunel Franck BRETON Jean-Yves DEHANT Marouane Benmrad John G. To celebrate Pride Month, we asked John Curtis, our Senior Vice President - Global Offerings & North America Direct Leasing Sales Director, what this month means to him: “Happy Pride month! LGBTQ Pride IS action. As with any innovation – we at Xerox have pride in our progress and recognize the real business value-add of inclusion. Business studies prove that individuals and businesses thrive when we actively support our LGBTQ and diverse colleagues, clients and neighbors. However, Pride month cannot just be celebrating the history of our past, but in ensuring measurable transformation that drives continuous progress. And superheroes need sidekicks! We need to be allies for each other, to unleash the best in our culture and teams. As I celebrate 40 years with Xerox, coinciding with Pride month, I can see the hundreds of actions and champions who contributed to our families, our careers and our communities. We must harness those experiences to keep our commitment and momentum driving forward: not just for Pride month – but each day, each decision, each opportunity to advocate for equity and true belonging.” #Xerox #Pride
