Last week WX hosted a Speaker Workshop at Shearman & Sterling LLP to educate how mental health intersects with work productivity and success, and feel empowered to manage work affairs with confidence. Thank you to Vibrant Emotional Health for facilitating such an informative workshop that provided mentors and mentees with helpful tools and skills that can be practiced in and out of the workplace. As women in real estate, there are always expectations, demands, and deadlines to meet, but it's equally as important to prioritize our mental and emotional health. We appreciate all the work Vibrant does for the community and being leaders of change in this space. #womenleaders #womeninrealestate #mentalhealthmatters
