Recently, our Orlando plumbing crew was selected for the renovation of Advent Health Winter Park’s Linear Accelerator/Infusion Pharmacy. This 9,240 square foot expansion will enhance the pharmacy’s capabilities and ability to better serve the patients of the hospital. Our team is handling all mechanical and plumbing needs, ensuring top-notch quality and precision. Since starting in April, we've been unwavering in our commitment, working diligently and with the utmost care to ensure the project progresses smoothly with minimal disruption to the surrounding day to day operations of the hospital. We're thrilled to share with you our Gainesville office’s journey with the HCA Florida West Marion Hospital Expansion & Renovation project, which kicked off in November 2023. W. W. Gay has been involved since the beginning, handling all plumbing, medical gas, and mechanical needs from the pre-construction phases and onward. Scheduled for completion in June 2025, here's a sneak peek at what this renovation includes: 1. A new remote Central Energy Plant (CEP). 2. The expansion of two floors in the existing tower. 3. The addition of four new operating rooms to better serve client needs. 4. The expansion and renovation of the existing Sterile Processing Department (SPD), which is essential for the operating rooms. Despite the challenges, including space constraints and the complexity of managing multiple phases simultaneously, our Gainesville team has shown incredible resilience and dedication. This project has highlighted the power of collaboration and meticulous planning, with seamless support from our Jacksonville office and various departments. Shoutout to our Gainesville Estimating team for their precision in managing change orders, and to our Gainesville industrial and our Jacksonville VDC Department for their crucial roles in this endeavor. Serving the communities we call home is something W. W. Gay takes immense pride in. We are honored to be contributing to the ongoing construction of the new Turie T. Small Elementary School in Daytona Beach, FL. Since May 2023, our dedicated plumbing team has been hard at work on this significant project in the community. This new elementary school will feature over 800 student stations, administration offices, a cafeteria, a kitchen, a media center, mechanical rooms, as well as classroom spaces. Our team is responsible for fulfilling all the plumbing needs for this comprehensive facility. This 14-month-long project is expected to welcome new students for the 2024-2025 school year, and we are excited to see the final product and the positive impact it will have on our community! #wwgmc #newconstruction #forgingahead

This 10,350 square foot expansion is designed to enhance the support and comfort of the patients at the Cancer Center. Our team is handling all mechanical duct and plumbing needs, ensuring top-notch quality and precision. Since starting in May, we've been unwavering in our commitment, working diligently and with the utmost care to ensure the project progresses smoothly with minimal disruption to the surrounding OR Suites.
