As I take the flight back home from #Dallas, I am filled with gratitude knowing I am a part of an industry that has such a significant impact on people. When I started my career in Corporate Real Estate a few months after I immigrated from India several years back, little did I know I would have the opportunity to work and learn from business leaders and industry experts, make human connections from all walks of career, and work on workplace services, real estate, design & construction, negotiate that leads to win win partnerships, lead and implement workplace transformations within the CRE domain. The last two days at the #WorkX conference have been very inspiring. Sitting amongst incredible co-panelists and industry leaders, I gained invaluable insights and shared my experiences on the emerging trends in workspace and how these trends will influence our strategies and operations. We also explored how workplace strategy fits within the culture conversation and how well integrated strategy can enhance and sustain a positive organizational culture is crucial, and I am excited to apply these insights to foster a cohesive and engaged work environment. We just wrapped up an incredible case study at #WorkX! Ken Stuart from Take-Two Interactive and Simantinee Roy from Imperva, a Thales Company, shared invaluable insights on "Best Practices for Establishing Workplace Centers of Excellence to Drive Culture Across Multiple Brands and Entities." From strategies to centralizing workplace strategy to fostering a cohesive culture, the discussion was rich with actionable tips and best practices. Ken shared, “Early on, we did a ton of AMA’s (Ask Me Anything’s) with leadership, so we could get in front of people to make it clear there’s no hidden agenda. Traveling and meeting people face-to-face is also very important - it may be about something amazing or something uncomfortable but either way people will respect you for getting out there.” Let's apply these learnings to shape the future of our workplaces. 🤝

What an incredible experience #WorkX has been so far!
