In your experience, what are the key challenges when managing a remote freelance workforce or flex team?

Would you trade any of your job perks for more flexibility? 70% of survey respondents said flexible work was either “very” or “extremely” important. Although the share of employers offering subsidies for at-home work equipment declined from 62% to 56%. Flexible work has long been one of our core principles at Worksuite. We feel it's critical to recharge, work WHERE and HOW you want to, and prioritize family — in order to bring your "whole self" to the work. This goes for both full-time team members and long-term contractors.
