Worcester Public Schools was honored to host 30 educators from Denmark to share our strategy of responsibly teaching and using artificial intelligence in classroom learning. Thank you, Innovation Centre Denmark Boston for being thought partners in this important work.
AI IN THE CLASSROOM 🎓💻 One of the significant shifts facing educators today is the increasing presence of AI technologies in classrooms. As these tools become more prevalent, it's essential for educators to comprehend both the challenges and opportunities they bring. Last week, 30 principals from Danmarks Private Skoler visited Boston to explore various aspects of education, including a focus on AI integration in the classrooms. In collaboration with Innovation Centre Denmark Boston, the principals visited a range of institutions, including three private schools, a public school district with a concrete AI strategy, and institutions such as Harvard Graduate School of Education and Area9. In addition to AI, the principals engaged in discussions on student well-being, and strategies for recruiting and retaining qualified teachers. This experience also provided the principals with a valuable perspective on the functioning of the US school system.
