Yesterday, the ING One HR Day centered on the crucial topic of Psychological Safety. Sander Daems provided an inspirational speech about his adventures in Alaska and Mount Everest and the need for self-confidence and setting boundaries to reach the summit. Yolanda Buchel and Elsemiek Meijs designed the Woosh5 workshop where we discussed Psychological Safety and brainstormed ways to improve the culture, using film clips for illustration.
