"It’s okay to admit what you don’t know. It’s okay to ask for help. And it’s more than okay to listen to the people you lead – in fact, it’s essential." - Mary Barra #leadership #quote #womeninautotech

I am reminded every day why the work of Women in Automotive Technology (WAT) is important. I founded Women in Auto Tech to showcase women subject matter experts, raise their profiles, and let their voices be heard. Women are in trucking, work at truck OEMs, and are fully capable of moderating a truck panel. The automotive industry needs to showcase female subject matter experts, increase the number of female executives, and at the absolute very least, put an end to the "manel". I am calling out disparities and working towards creating a more diverse industry. Join me. Join Women in Automotive Technology (WAT) #DiversityandInclusion
