🎸 "Michelle & Climate action" - These are words that go together well. The Beatles wouldn't say less. Thank you dear Michelle Li & team Women and Climate for bringing this community together. You rock. It was a week ago and the importance of topics like the Arctic and melting sea ice, women on boards, and celebrating rising stars is still resonating. This community is the most productive one that I know. Your special guests were ...so special. Bravo to Xiye Bastida, the great Explorer Sylvia Earle of National Geographic Society, Sally Ann Ranney, Shyla Raghav reporter at TIME, Sherri Goodman former senior 🇺🇸 Defense National, Vanessa Z Chan 🇺🇸 Deputy of Energy, Wawa Gatheru, and many more. Become a city lead 🗽 - Join Women and Climate.

My THIRD NYC Climate Week! I am in awe of the collective effort and innovative approaches to make this happen, it's getting bigger and better each year. 🌍 Monday: As I prepare to get more involved in the ESG efforts within Kyndryl's supply chain, I started my week with REGEN HOUSE. The focus on retail supply chains, which account for a significant portion of GHG emissions, highlights the urgent need for transparency and technology in optimizing processes. The discussions around trustworthy tags and footprint accuracy from a bottom-up product approach emphasize the importance of informed consumer choices and the role of businesses in providing that information. It's exciting to see the future of retail embracing sustainability. Tuesday: The gala our Women and Climate team spent months and months preparing for came to life at Anixi. We spent the night hearing from legendary trailblazers like Xiye Bastida, Sylvia Earle, Sherri Goodman and Shyla Raghav who've spent decades on critical advancements in their spaces, and for many, were the first women hired to do it! Thank you Michelle Li for giving me a new exercise to interview inspiring women and try being on camera! We truly had an amazing night, and a huge thank you to everyone who joined and sponsored us, we could not make this magic happen without you. Stephanie Korbely Carter Schmitt Natasha Lekwa Vanessa Z Chan Elaine Rubin Zohra Zori Trane Technologies SWEEP Global Choices A packed Wednesday: I started the day with Food Tank, an organization I was introduced to during London's climate week. Danielle Nierenberg Bernard Pollack executed many meaningful conversations, planting seeds of thought on the ideas of community involvement, our relationships with soil, the role of farmers, and intersections of public health, food systems, and social justice. Asking communities what they want, rather than telling them what they need resonates deeply with me. This time last year, I won an SDG solutions pitch on food waste, and seeing companies I look up to in this area was a special way to end the week! Divert Ryan B. Ben Kuethe Oaks I was thrilled to join Nasdaq's conference and closing bell ceremony with Chris N. As we look towards the future, the role of AI in sustainability, the influence of investor perspectives in capital deployment, and the need for active management in the industry are crucial topics that were brought to light. The call to action for involvement in regulations serving investors and companies is a step towards a more accountable and transparent industry that our Kyndryl ESG team is preparing for. Thank you to my leadership for supporting my involvement in these spaces Missy Munoz Faith Taylor Una Pulizzi 🙏 Climate Week is an great place to learn and profoundly reminds us of the interconnectedness of our actions and their impact on the planet. Excited to carry and watch how all of these insights move forward and drive change. #ClimateWeek #TheHeartofProgress

I’m beyond thrilled to share that I had the incredible honor of meeting Her Deepness Dr. Sylvia Earle, a true icon in marine conservation and someone I’ve admired deeply for years. Her work has inspired so many, including myself, to advocate for the protection of our oceans and our planet. 🌊🌍 On top of that, I’m immensely grateful to Women and Climate for recognizing me, Erin Garrity, and Nisreen Elsaim with the Rising Star award 💫 It’s such a privilege to be part of a community of inspiring leaders working towards a more sustainable and equitable future. A special thanks to The Energy Coalition for providing me with the platform and support to continue driving impactful climate action.
