At the 2024 Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN) luncheon, we honored Paul J Daly and Kyle Mountsier of ASOTU | More Than Cars as our 2024 WOCAN Allies of the year. But we had to put them through one test to see if they truly earned an invite to the “cookout” and they passed with flying colors! WOCAN adores these two men! #WOCAN #ally

“The difference between a dreamer and a visionary is that a dreamer has their eyes closed and a visionary has their eyes open.” -MLK 4 years ago 4 friends saw a need for an automotive community for women of color, and WOCAN became the solution. I’m thankful for my cofounders who were bold enough to think big, to take action and to see what didn’t yet exist. With over 1000 members from all sectors of our industry the possibilities for what we can accomplish are endless. Our luncheon has become a place where we can look out into an audience of our peers, and no longer be the only one. Keep your eyes open. There’s so much more to come. Ally of the year award! 💛🏆 ASOTU | More Than Cars Thank you Kyle Mountsier Paul J Daly
We are at a loss of words. What just happened? We didn’t do it for the award. We do it for the people–the AMAZING people of WOCAN. Honestly, our only goal has been to inspire others to be great. We see you. We support you. We want you to be GREAT. We cannot thank Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN) enough for this honor of receiving their ‘Ally of the Year’ award. You’ll always have us an ally–till our last days. Special thank you to Ashley L., Sandy Zannino, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Kerri Wise and everyone else in the WOCAN community. Belief in oneself is contagious. Go be a superhero today 👊 #WOCAN #NAMAD #ASOTU
