What a great time in Grand Junction, CO! I had the honor of speaking at the Western Healthcare Alliance annual symposium! As a native born Texan, their theme of "How the West Was Won" felt just right! They even had a wanted poster with my face on it! (always wanted one of those) Huge thank you to the amazing people that made this possible including Sierra Jackson, Bobbie Orchard, Erica Zajaczkowski, Angela Lynch, Matt Bashara, Lindsay Holman, Angelina Salazar, and all the rockstars that attended the 14th annual WHAAS! It was my pleasure and honor to serve your organization! #keynotespeaker #purposeorperish

Dr. Addison Wood and Montrose Regional Health have successfully completed the first fully navigated Prone Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion Surgery on the Western Slope of Colorado! Dr. Wood completed this minimally invasive operation with the use of the Excelsius GPS Robotic System. The procedure treats disc issues in the lower back through the process of surgically combining bones to release pinched nerves, limit painful motion, and correct scoliosis – a condition which causes the spine to curve abnormally. Dr. Wood’s achievement reflects the primary vision of our Spine & Pain Center – that living without pain is not just an idea. Read the full press release here: tinyurl.com/y9rsssu4
