Congratulations to Brooke Conrad on her remarkable 35-year anniversary at Westerman! Her journey has been truly impressive, from installing SCADA systems to managing quality programs. Brooke’s dedication and contributions have undoubtedly made her an invaluable asset to the company. Here is a quick summary of her years at Westerman: 1989: Brooke first started with Westerman back on June 5th, 1989. Her first full-time job was working with the Controls team installing a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System for the Cincinnati metro area, where she spent more than a year on-site installing and programming the system for the Cincinnati MSD. At that time, she also served as IT/MIS director and implemented the first non-mainframe-based ERP system for the company.  1998: She then moved to special projects and assisted the Executive team with various jobs until was promoted to Quality Manager in 1998. 1999: From there she was named Vice President of Quality in September 1999. At this time, she managed all the Westerman, Inc. facilities’ quality programs and implemented an ASME Section III Nuclear Quality Program in Bremen. 2012: When the company was sold to Worthington, Brooke moved to a corporate role and was name Director of Quality for the Oil and Gas SBU. 2021: Brooke continued to stay with the Westerman team at divestiture and has most recently fulfilled the role of Bremen Quality Manager.

They bring significant experience, engineering, design, in house manufacturing and project management capabilities to clients seeking ways to dehydrate and process natural gas. J.W. Williams, established in 1963, is also a leader in crude and natural gas stabilization, filtration, measurement, storage and emission controls equipment design and manufacturing. Did you know... Westerman, Inc., a member of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA), acquired Alten Machine Works, Inc. in 2012. The Alten Company was established in 1889 in Lancaster, Ohio as a blacksmith shop. Soon after its establishment, a machine shop was added to the facility. In 1910 the foundry operation began.
