Job Opportunity! Property Tenant Manager West CAP–an innovative, progressive organization dedicated to creating Strong, Secure Families, and Stable Communities since 1965, is hiring a full-time Property Tenant Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating occupancy activities for all West CAP owned and/or managed housing sites and ensuring compliance with all funder regulation requirements. The role is based out of our Glenwood City, WI location with remote work options after a training period. Our highly productive team is collaborative and focused on serving the needs of our tenants with dignity and respect. Required qualifications: One-year job related certificate from college or technical school and 1 year tenant management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with Office 365, Adobe Sign, and preferred property management system experience. Capability to build and sustain positive relationships with different stakeholders, including tenants, colleagues, other property management companies and the general public. Effective communication and collaboration are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for conveying information clearly and effectively. Ability to use independent judgment in regularly non-routine and/or unstable situations. Capacity for making sound decisions autonomously, especially in situations that may be unpredictable or outside the norm. Skills of adaptability and critical thinking. Navigating through intricate documentation, understanding complex policies, and interpreting procedures. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of organizational guidelines are important. Organizational skills are crucial for managing tasks efficiently. Prioritization skills are important for handling multiple responsibilities and ensuring that important tasks are addressed in a timely manner.
