WellVine™ is the first whole food “smart prebiotic” ingredient, providing important polyphenols, and a wide diversity of oligosaccharides which supports gut health in numerous ways. WellVine™ is made entirely from the pomace (marc) of Coastal Chardonnay grapes, sourced from Jackson Family Wines in California. Dr. Lee’s presentation, "Leveraging AI to Improve Research Strategies Investigating the Complex Interaction Between Chardonnay Marc and Its Potential Impact on Gut Barrier Function," will take place at Nutrition 2024, the flagship meeting of ASN, from June 29 to July 2 in Chicago, IL.
