We had so much fun at our 2024 Legacy Luncheon! We welcomed our senior residents to "Walton's Diner" for an old-fashioned sock hop. We shared coke floats and diner food, admired vintage cars, and danced the afternoon away! Thank you to all of our volunteers and residents who came out and helped make this event so memorable. We feel so honored to share moments like this with our residents and take the opportunity to show them how appreciated they are. #neighborhoodsthatmatter

We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Walton Crossing, our community coming to Norcross in 2025! Walton Crossing will feature 166 beautiful apartment homes in two phases. The 1st being for families and the 2nd for seniors. This community will feature great amenities, complimentary in-home high-speed internet, and robust resident services. It has been our pleasure to partner with the Norcross Housing Authority on this exciting project. Stay tuned for updates! We look forward to serving the Norcross community and welcoming home our future residents.

We had a great time at Walton 101! Our newest team members had lunch at Walton on the Chattahoochee and then visited some of our other properties. They heard from members of our team and learned about Walton's history, mission & more. It was such a fun day & we are grateful to have these rockstars join our team! Last month we celebrated the achievements of our teams at our annual award show, Spirit of Walton. It was an amazing day! We were fortunate to have Mark Miller as our keynote speaker, and some magic from Magician Michael Boone! A big congratulations to all of our winners and teams for their accomplishments in 2023. We are so fortunate to work with so many talented team members who strive to serve our communities with excellence each day.
