    Looking for Administrative Assistant - Bilingual in Chinese and English Responsibilities: ● Assist in ordering, receiving, and distributing office inventory supplies. ● Assist in verifying and ensuring the accuracy of invoices, packing slips, credit card transactions, and other documents regarding deliveries and services for the corporate office. ● Support the reconciliation, control, and allocation of purchase expenses and costs to the appropriate departments. ● Research and develop vendor base; negotiate service agreements to fulfill operational needs better. ● Assist in performing system administration of enterprise platforms to pull data to create analytical summaries such as tables, charts, and short descriptions. ● Assist in scheduling and managing travel arrangements and with periodic events planning. ● Assist with property management-related concerns and appliance maintenance. ● Create content, materials, and policy relating to operations. ● Support receptionist duties, including, but not limited to, answering and directing incoming office phone calls and customer service-related functions. ● Record electronic device damage and internet outage, also schedule repair with service providers ● Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: ● A High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. ● 1 year of experience in administration or related fields is preferred. ● Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required. ● Previous strategic planning and research experience are preferred. ● Previous AP experience, including processing invoices and expenses, is preferred. ● Basic knowledge of principles of business administration. ● Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. ● Exceptional customer service, technical writing, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented. ● Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
