You wouldn’t know it by looking at our submissions, but this group of talented individuals came into the Customer Experience World Games ™| CXWG ™ as complete strangers. Under the leadership of Christopher Drury (Captain) and Vinay Parmar (Vice Captain), our team came together and delivered incredible value to three charities and NGOs around the world. In addition to winning silver on all three challenges and the overall, we were also selected by PANPA Mexico as their top choice. This was an incredible experience!
