Amazing progress in just 4 months! We're proud to be building a new treatment plant that will bring clean and reliable drinking water to the Dos Palos community. Let's keep pushing forward together! #cleanwater #infrastructure #weareWML #lifeatlyles #construction

Today marks 4 months since mobilizing to the site. We’ve pushed hard to make substantial progress installing underground utilities and concrete structures. Proud of all that our team has accomplished to date. Also very proud to work for a great American company, building a new treatment plant to bring clean and reliable drinking water to a great American city! #LifeAtLyles

Lyles Construction Group had a blast with the subsidiaries’ summer interns at Intern Days. This group had a busy schedule. They met LCG’s President/CEO, Rich Nemmer, who gave a presentation on the organization’s history. The interns received a tour of the headquarters and exclusive tours of LCG’s subsidiaries' project sites. They heard from past interns who are now full-time employees. Lastly, an executive panel provided the interns a unique opportunity to hear from six executives who have spent most, if not their entire career with the organization. Between the tours, panels, and networking, these interns received a comprehensive look and feel for #lifeatlyles. We wish all the interns a wonderful summer and hope they feel inspired to continue pursuing construction careers! #internship #construction #summerinternship

    W. M. Lyles Co. Intern Days - A Huge Success! We're thrilled to recap our recent Intern Days program, where our talented interns joined us from across the state! It was an action-packed three days filled with learning, team building, and fun. We started the evening with some friendly competition at Dave & Buster's. The red team, the "Grizzlies," emerged victorious in our team-building exercises – congrats! Day 2 began with a warm welcome from our presidents – Rich Nemmer (Lyles Construction Group) and Ken Stronsider (W. M. Lyles Co.). Rich gave a fascinating presentation delving into our history, sister companies, and a detailed timeline of the companies journey. To wrap up the day, we headed to a job site in Madera for an exclusive tour. The interns got a firsthand look at our projects, exploring various structures throughout the site. In the evening, we enjoyed a Fresno Grizzlies baseball game, with the opportunity for interns to connect with their mentors and company executives. Day 3 kicked off with an inspiring Q&A panel featuring Caroline Siebert, a former WML intern who is now a thriving Senior Project Coordinator. Sharing her experiences, Caroline offered valuable advice on transitioning from intern to full-time employee. Following the panel, we were honored to have all our sister company presidents share their insights. The interns had the opportunity to engage with Ken in a Q&A session, gaining valuable knowledge about the company's past, present, and future. We extend a heartfelt thank you to all the interns who joined us for Intern Days. Your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn were truly inspiring! We look forward to seeing the great things you accomplish in your future careers. #InternDays #BuildingTheFuture #ProgressThroughPerformance #LifeAtLyles

Last month, our media team visited our operating company W. M. Lyles Co. ‘s project sites during Construction Safety Week. 🚧 At one of those sites, they witnessed an “Equipment Rodeo” put on by WML’s Superintendent, David Kennedy, who is highlighted in this video. The “Rodeo” aimed to demonstrate potential safety scenarios and how to avoid dangerous situations. 🦺 He has been organizing this event for the last couple of years and spends much time planning for it because all his crew members must return safely home every day. David’s dedication to training his crew is a testimony to our core value of safety. We are proud to have individuals like David in our organization.👏 #safety #safetyfirst #testimonial #lifeatlyles #construction #constructionlife
