W.B. Homes made a Mid-Summer acquisition in July, adding Jared Leatherman to the crew! Jared is our new Marketing Coordinator and [insert compliment here, I cannot write it myself]. In his almost three months here, Jared's enjoyed the "collaborative environment and family-oriented atmosphere. Everybody is very friendly and always willing to help out and answer any questions I ask!" In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and playing in his local slow-pitch softball league. Last week, the W.B. team held a happy hour at Brothers Kershner Brewing in Skippack to celebrate Judy McClelland and her upcoming retirement! The whole team came out to celebrate Judy's incredible 22 year tenure as she moves on to the next chapter of her life. In her time with us, Judy has worn many hats to support the mission of W.B. Homes. She began as our receptionist in 2002, later serving as a Customer Service Coordinator starting in 2012, becoming the Designer Coordinator for single family homes, and finally taking on her current role as the Rental Coordinator. The employee count just keeps going up! Today we're focusing on Alex Sarnese, W.B.'s Controller on the finance team. Alex joined us in June and has been a valuable asset since! In his first few months here, his favorite part about being on the team is "learning from so many knowledgeable colleagues who all contribute to building a strong company culture." Outside of work, Alex is an avid soccer and college basketball fan and also enjoys trying out new recipes in the kitchen with his family. Welcome to the team, Alex!
