Statement from Vot-ER on gunshots aimed at Former President Donald Trump: An attempted assassination of any political leader is completely intolerable and has no place in our society. Democracy is built on dialogue, respect, civil resolution of disagreements, the rule of law, and the peaceful transfer of power. At Vot-ER, our entire mission is to create healthier communities through a healthy, inclusive democracy. Such actions threaten a stable democracy and everything Vot-ER stands for. We stand for the power of the ballot box, not the gun. This is not the way to address our differences. We call for solidarity and a peaceful, nonviolent, high-turnout election where everyone feels safe to campaign and to vote.

We had an incredible time at @genesiscommunityhealth 's large team meeting, presenting on Vot-ER, the CCEP program, and giving our badge trainings! 🎉 We also had the opportunity to sit in and learn about all the incredible work GCH is doing and their exciting plans for expanding their efforts this summer and fall. Their staff meetings are so fun and inspiring! We love Genesis! ✨

Mallory joined Vot-ER as the Digital Manager in March. Her commitment to amplifying marginalized voices and ensuring access to civil liberties is reflected in her work experience, which includes education advocacy and criminal justice reform. In all roles, her overarching goal has been to create more equitable and inclusive environments by addressing resource disparities for people of color, low-income populations, and other underserved demographics. Whether through social media graphics, blogs, videos, grant applications, or other communications, Mallory loves promoting organizations that dismantle barriers to access and promote solutions to systemic challenges. Outside of work, Mallory loves spending time in her local parks and cooking elaborate meals.
