Kudos to the Publix Super Markets Summer Interns! This great group of volunteers packed tomatoes, prepped personal care boxes, cleaned, sorted items, and bag flopped. They did it all for VISTE, “where volunteering is a pleasure”. VISTE and our clients THANK YOU for all your hard work!

VISTE celebrated its 40th Anniversary in 2023 and is now looking forward to the next 40 years! Long-term sustainability for client programs is a key focus. HUGE THANKS to Publix Super Markets Charities for covering the cost of much-needed capital improvements – typically difficult to obtain through conventional fundraising, yet critically important to continue enabling local seniors in need to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Thanks to the Publix grant and All World Lift Truck Co., a new forklift was purchased to receive, store, and distribute donated food in our warehouse for the Supplemental Groceries program. The grant also covered the cost of a new vehicle from Regal Automotive to continue providing Transportation Services, mostly to medical appointments. Additionally, 5,000 insulated bags were purchased as part of our Hot Meals program. On behalf of the more than 4,500 elderly clients VISTE currently serves, THANK YOU!!
