🍧 The rest of the world may be ready for pumpkin spice lattes, but it's still snowball season in Baltimore! 😎☀️ Summer isn’t over yet, and there’s no better way to keep cool than with this classic Baltimore treat. For this photoshoot, Visit Baltimore's Creative Director, Amy Quarles, mixed science and snowballs. 🔬🧫 She says, “We needed to figure out a way to make a snowball that could sit on a set for a couple of hours and still look beautiful – without melting! After a bunch of research, I decided to fake it with ice powder. It’s a product that mixes with water and turns into a clumpy gel that looks just like real ice.” “While the snowballs are fake, the marshmallow is very real. We styled it with a hairdryer to get the perfect glossy-gloopy texture, and now we have the snowball glamour shots I've been trying to capture for years!” 📸 Go behind the scenes of this photoshoot and see the final results in the video below.
