Park staff are trained to expect the unexpected, like in this example. Imagine this, you're walking along this beautiful timeline at Machicomoco State Park when you see bird eggs camouflaged in the shells! 😮 Or you grab a dog waste bag and hear birds chirping from the box! 🤨 Our AmeriCorps member Grayson Nelson wrote about these findings and how they protected them: https://lnkd.in/eVcvCcMG
