She brings perspective from a career that spans industries – from start-ups to global Enterprises, from big tech to government agencies, as both a consultant and in-house leader – and uses that breadth of experience to tailor specific solutions for each client. Prior to founding her own practice, Spire, Gina led the VMware COO’s executive change strategy for the company’s SaaS transformation and ops modernization. She advised Ops leadership on strategic communications, cross-functional friction points, and guiding employees through one of the largest tech acquisitions in history. He focuses on Strategy & Economics and covers broad areas of industry and sectors. William spent over 20 years doing management consulting (approximately 12 years of his consulting career was in Big 4 Assurance, Taxation and Advisory firm in Malaysia). He started from leading the Portal Strategy & Management services unit to be the Head of Strategy & Operations for the Management Consulting practice. He left the Big 4 in 2014 and joined a Public Listed Property and Plantation company as the Group COO. Subsequently in 2016, he started STRAT369 Consulting Sdn. Bhd. William is the Principal and owner of STRAT369 Consulting Sdn. Bhd. and also served as a Consultant under the ADB’s Financial and Economics Specialist Resource Network. In the public sector front, he led various economic and regulatory reforms and PPP advisory. The projects that had profound impact on him were his involvement in the: • transformation of Water Services Industry for Malaysia and all aspects of water advisory; • transition of the Public Sector’s Modified Budgeting System to Outcome-based Budgeting; • effectiveness of tolled highway privatisations in a developing country like Malaysia; • development of thematic Industrial Parks for a competitive Malaysia; and • study of Co-operatives sector as the third economic force or social economy contributing to the socio-economic growth in Malaysia. William holds a Master in Finance from RMIT (Aust) and holds a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He started his career in a consultancy firm specializing in strategic cost and financial management. His specific involvement was in the areas of activity-based cost management, process improvements, value-based management, and financial modelling. Later, he joined a start-up company specializing in software and internet solutions as the Finance Manager thereafter as the Financial Controller. He joined a PE firm as an Investment Manager for short stint and later joined KPMG Malaysia Management & Risk Consulting in Malaysia.

Tim began as a fellowship trained oncologic radiologist and never envisioned that his professional trajectory would bring him to the founding of McGraw Catalpa, a consulting firm that connects the dots between healthcare inventors and bedside impact. He helps healthcare visionaries bridge the gap between ideation and care pathway adoption. With a unique set of experiences, Tim is able to translate value add innovations to hospital operations. Tim’s current engagements include global leaders in the diagnostic space as well as newly minted medical trainee startups. Prior to the formation of McGraw Catalpa, Tim served as an enterprise executive lead for the radiology service line of a 15-hospital system, and has served as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for hospitals of progressively increasing size and case mix complexity. Tim’s executive path as a CMO began just a few months before the COVID pandemic. Tim has facilitated rapid culture changes to achieve marked improvements in quality indicators despite labor headwinds in multiple hospitals. Tim has formal FEMA training in disaster preparedness and has served as hospital incident commander for a variety of issues including being the primary site for victims of a school mass shooting, infrastructure failures and serving in enterprise Unified Command for the COVID pandemic. COVID experiences encompassed public facing engagements such as press conferences and site visits. From an operational and capex perspective, Tim has been a key decision maker for technology procurement including diagnostic imaging, operative innovations, and physical plant expansion outlays. He has had P&L responsibilities for multiple diagnostic and operative areas in multiple hospitals. He has championed creation or expansion of screening programs, such as lung cancer screening and prostate MRI screening.
