For maximum freshness, deliver produce on the day of harvest. Simply brush off the dirt and drop it off in a paper bag or box at Door 4, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. No appointment needed! Your garden can make a difference. 🌿

We had a blast last night celebrating our 50th anniversary with hundreds of you! We received over 800 RSVPs for our summer celebration (wow!) and were so thrilled to see so many local supporters in one spot. Special thank you to Bloomington MN City Mayor Tim Busse, City of Edina, MN Mayor Jim Hovland, and many council members and commissioners who were in attendance to celebrate with us. Warm gratitude as well to our many sponsors for the evening’s festivities. And of course our VOLUNTEERS! We couldn’t do it without you! We’ll keep the party going on year round! Thank you to all.

We're now hiring for a Retail Rescue Driver! This team member will play a key role in advancing VEAP’s mission by increasing access to healthy food through timely delivery of quality grocery items. They are responsible for the coordination of food collection from local food retailers and other food donors, using strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with our retail partners. Huge thank you to our friends and partners at MY CREDIT UNION for hosting their annual Shred Day event! Collectively, they raised $3,371 and collected 1,228 pounds of food and items for VEAP-- amazing! A special shout-out goes to the Bloomington Kennedy High School's boys hockey team for their help this Saturday, as well. Thank you everyone!

Guess what's in those boxes, folks?! 1,600 rolls of toilet paper! 🧻🧻🧻 Enormous thank you to the team at Ferguson HVAC for their donation today. We are always in need of TP for our participants, so these rolls will fly off our shelves. Thank you so much!
