Great write-up in The Wall Street Journal featuring ARRIS on how composites are enabling a new age of manufacturing materials. "In just the past couple of years, a number of startups have developed processes for creating all sorts of small objects from composites, in a way that is fast and inexpensive. These include Berkeley, Calif.-based ARRIS, 9T Labs in Zurich, Orbital Composites in Silicon Valley, and others. In 2022, California curtailed 2.4 million MWh of solar and wind power because it lacked sufficient storage capacity - we're going to help solve that with our sodium iron batteries. The path to increasing renewable energy like wind and solar is clean, safe, affordable grid storage.
