Today, U.S. government agencies are highlighting their work in customer experience (CX). We are proud to have improved our partners’ CX experiences through targeted outreach events and our annual Partnering Experience Survey, which is still open for submissions through the end of the week. Another way we are improving CX is through enhancements to WorkwithUSAID.gov like the Corporate Partnering portal, the Unsolicited Submissions portal, and versions of the website in French, Spanish, and Arabic. By incorporating CX into development, we are prioritizing localization by uplifting the voices and needs of the end user, creating trust and strengthening relationships. Learn more about our CX initiatives today! https://lnkd.in/g9WDzj57 #CXDay #USAID #PartnerExperience #Localization #WorkWithUSAID #GovDelivers
