With two years in her current position and eleven years with USAP, Tiffany shared that the aspect of healthcare she finds most rewarding is being able to relieve just a little bit of that anxiety before the procedure. When asked, "How do you anticipate the NCAC will enhance the culture of our organization?" Tiffany responded, "Our goal is to actively listen to the issues facing CRNAs and CAAs and to develop creative solutions for those issues. Some are easy changes, while others are incredibly complex. By identifying, discussing, and problem-solving day-to-day issues, we can continue to enhance the culture of our company." Two weeks ago, #HurricaneBeryl landed in Texas, causing significant damage and flooding, leaving over 2 million people without power. Some of those affected included our USAP team members in the Gulf Coast region. Dozens of these affected team members have already received aid to assist in their recovery from the non-profit charity USAP4USAP. This charity is funded by USAP and USAP team members to help our colleagues around the country recover during natural disasters and other emergencies. Moments like these continue to highlight that at USAP, we are better together. #USAP4USAP
