We are delighted to announce our partnership with The Epson Tour. Through this partnership, all Epson Tour athletes will have access to an account to help collect on-course statistics through geo-linked course maps. Meet the Team - Head of Product Gurleen Kaur . Being an ex-state level football player and an avid runner/aspiring boxer, Gurleen knew sports would always define her. With a Masters in Design from Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, US and 4 years of experience of working in the Bay Area, she has an overall 7 years of experience working with design and product in both tech and consulting firms such as Akamai, Siemens and Bain. In 2019, she was selected as one of 70 candidates out of 24 countries for the MIT Sports entrepreneurship bootcamp in Hoffenheim, Germany to bridge her love for sports and innovation. In 2023 she joined Upgame to be a part of a sports tech company that creates global impact. Meet the Team - College Business Head Ewen Delample, MBA . Ewen has a background in playing golf, having gone through junior golf in France and competed in NCAA D2 golf for four years at Rogers State University. He also participated in mini tours in the US and recently gained status for the French Pro Tour through Q School as an amateur, winning four times on the French amateur circuit. Additionally, he has experience as a caddie on the Korn Ferry Tour, European Senior Tour, and PGA Tour Canada. Through his roles as both player and caddie, he has honed his skills in statistical analysis and provides valuable feedback on product improvement while maintaining a player’s mindset. Ewen initially joined Upgame in 2021 during graduate school and returned full-time in early 2023 to oversee the US colleges branch. Meet the Team - Upgame Performance Analyst James wilson . James comes very much from a playing background competing at an elite junior and amateur level in the UK, before turning pro in 2012, where he gained his card on the Pro Golf Tour and won The Open Ocean in Agadir. James joined Upgame in 2020 and looks after 4 full time clients across the PGA, DP World and LIV tours. By using performance analysis he has helped take all of his clients to career high world rankings, and has seen 8 wins along the way. He looks after Tour player and elite amateur report requests for Upgame pro users, along with regularly providing social content. More recently, James has helped oversee our ambassador programme, aided the team in the development of Upgame's new release for 2024 and makes sure everything runs smoothly for the professional tours that we now manage.
