Her efforts in connecting bankers have driven positive change and improvement across the bank. Customer Service: Agnea Martushev -Agnea is a Personal Banker in our Mentor, MN branch and is a shining example of customer service. Her bright, positive attitude leaves both customers and employees with a smile. Innovator: Jessica Robinson -Jessica Robinson, Staff Accountant, brings innovative solutions and a forward-thinking approach to her role. Her dedication continues to drive progress at Unity Bank. Leadership: Dan Johnson -Dan Johnson, VP Controller, embodies true leadership. His initiative, communication, and dependability have led to significant advancements for Unity Bank. Evan Peterson is joining our Unity Bank team this summer in our Rush City, MN office as a first-year intern! Evan will be spending time working closely with each department at Unity Bank. Evan will be starting his Business-Finance degree at University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire this fall and is excited to learn more about the banking industry. Exploring the many aspects, roles, and departments of community banking is what drew Evan to Unity Bank. Along with pursuing a degree at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Evan will be participating in Track and Field - Go Blugolds! Evan also loves hanging out with friends, golfing, hiking, and hunting. Unity Bank is excited to have you join us this summer Evan! 

Unity Bank is excited to welcome back Reis Irsfeld to our Unity Bank team. Reis completed our first-year internship last year and has rejoined the team for an internship focused on our Wealth Management department as well as learning more about the Commercial, Finance, and Credit areas. Reis will graduate with a degree in Financial Management this winter from University of Minnesota Morris. This summer, Reis will be working closely with Evan Pinkston, our Unity Wealth Management Financial Advisor. As an intern, Reis will gain firsthand experience in the field of financial management and will have the opportunity to take the SIE exam at the end of the summer! Reis is also excited to score some double bogeys on the golf course this summer! Along with golf, Reis enjoys watching movies or basketball. Welcome back Reis! We are excited to see your passion for financial management shine through this summer!

Meet our Summer Apprentice! Mariah Peterson is a familiar face around our Red Lake Falls Branch. Mariah is rejoining Unity Bank as an apprentice this summer on our credit analyst team. Mariah started with Unity Bank as a student teller in June of 2019 during high school. After high school, Mariah began pursuing a degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and will be graduating in May of 2025. Mariah spent the last two summers as an intern with Unity Bank and has developed an interest in our credit area. Mariah has taken ownership of many projects working with Unity and now will embrace this apprenticeship opportunity supporting our credit analyst group this summer. We are always excited to welcome Mariah back to our Unity Bank team. We are excited to see how you grow this summer and all that is ahead for you!
