I had an incredible time presenting “The Leadership Game Workshop” at the NAHCR conference alongside Theresa Mazzaro RN CHCR RACR, who was fantastic! One of the best parts of presenting was the feedback I received. It’s valuable for helping improve, and the kind messages people took the time to write really made my day! The conference, hosted by the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) was filled with inspiring talks and invaluable insights into healthcare recruitment trends. Some highlights included the opening keynote from Katie Boston- Leary, PHD, MBA, MHA, RN, NEA-BC, visiting with clients, learning about the newest staffing trends in healthcare, and reconnecting with friends. Hospitals are actively planning for the future to stabilize their workforce.
