Currently, Charity is a Principal Research Associate at Moderna Therapeutics, where she focuses on early-phase characterization of drug products and lipid nanoparticles to establish acceptance criteria for late-phase large-scale manufacturing. Charity's volunteer commitments in STEM and the community include being a Real Reader for her undergraduate alma mater, the University of Rochester; Vice-President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated's Omega Eta Zeta Chapter serving the South Shore; and Organizer and Secretary of Boston Young Professionals, Inc. Charity has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester, a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Maryland-Baltimore, and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.
