At the July 11 annual meeting of West Virginia 811, USIC Area Manager CJ Walters was appointed to the Board of Directors as a representative of associate members, and USIC Director of Government Affairs Chris Russ continues to serve on the Board’s Legislative Committee, which addresses updates to the state’s one call law. A day in the field provides an up-close view of an operating environment impacted by record levels of infrastructure investment and increased project work.
