Ultra-Span Eastern District Sales Manager Kevin Brown was doing what he always does, visiting customers when he came across a familiar looking project, a Chase Bank being built in Stratham, NH. The architect and engineer on this project is the Core States Group worked with GC AmCon Corporation in Peabody, MA. with coordination from Gavin Associates Inc and all of the steel fabrication done by ALL-SPAN, INC. There will be two additional Chase bank projects coming this year in Mountainbrook, AL and Falmouth, MA>

The Orlando Health Foundation serves a large part of Central Florida--and is always expanding. Most recently they opened the Orlando Health and Nursing Care Center in Winter Garden, FL. Lantz Boggio / Architects worked with Snell Engineering Consultants to design the facility and Jax Truss Inc and wall contractor KENPAT took care of the cold formed steel trusses and walls to create a great looking, much needed facility.

Construction on this church started in Philadelphia, PA in 1855. It was renamed as Mother of Consolation Parish in 1870 and had stood proudly until a fire tore through it in 2023. When it came time to rebuild, ALL-SPAN, INC and Delran Builders worked with architect, The Sheward Partnership, LLC and DCI Engineers to design a CFS truss system to help with the rebuild. The installation is going great and we look forward to bringing some completed pictures in the near future.

Sure Zoom and Teams are great ways to connect with people, but an old-fashioned, in-person meeting is still valuable. Kevin Brown, our Eastern District Sales Manager was invited by ALL-SPAN, INC to present the full Ultra-Span story to the team at EDiS Company in a well attended lunch and learn. The group at EDiS, a design build contractor in Wilmington, DE, had some great questions and was very interactive during the presentation.

The Resurgence Park Medical Office building in Bogart, GA is the first Ultra-Span roof truss project for BIMTECH Offsite Prefab Solutions . The 9200 square foot building was drawn up by PHILLIPS | architecture consultants , the General Contractor was Young Contracting/SE, Inc. and the Engineer of Record was DelValle and McNeil of Atlanta, GA. We are looking forward to seeing the complete project but hate that the trusses will be covered up!
