This week, Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management proudly hosted our inaugural benefit to launch The Spark Foundation! The Spark Foundation was inspired by the dedicated team members at Ultimate Care Assisted Living Management, The Bristal Assisted Living, 305 West End Assisted Living, and Encore Luxury Living. These individuals have consistently supported and cared for one another during times of unforeseen hardship. This foundation serves as a small token of our gratitude to these team members, who tirelessly work every day to ensure the well-being and happiness of residents in the communities. We extend our heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the event and contributed to The Spark Foundation. Together, we shine brighter. 

Another successful Sales Summit is in the books! And it's even better that our Directors of Wellness joined us during Nurses Week! Thank you to all of our nurses for all you do – we couldn't do it without your support. Congrats to all of our quarterly award winners. We can't wait to get together again soon!

We're thrilled to share that Allie Malone has been promoted to Marketing Operations Manager for Ultimate Care! Allie's journey with us began nearly a decade ago as a Recreation Assistant during the opening of The Bristal at Sayville. Her exceptional talents and dedication soon led her to the role of Director of Recreation in Lynbrook, and for the past 6 years, she's been an invaluable member of our marketing team in the home office as Marketing Coordinator. Allie's exceptional dedication to our core values and hands-on knowledge of The Bristal brand have been an instrumental part of the marketing team's success. Her story with The Bristal exemplifies our commitment to fostering internal growth and development, and we couldn't be prouder of her accomplishments. Congratulations, Allie!

Residents have spoken! In the spirit of March Madness, we invited residents to rank their favorite programs offered by The Bristal. Our dedicated Lifestyle Directors curate exceptional events daily, and this was just a small sample of the most common programs. But it's no surprise that live music was the winner. At each of our communities, live music performances are a hit with fantastic attendance every time! Our Programming teams bring in a diverse lineup of musicians, covering all styles and genres, tailored specifically to our residents' tastes. Incorporating music into our daily lives isn't just fun entertainment, but it also has been scientifically proven to boost cognitive abilities, lower stress levels, and improve overall well-being.

This week at Ultimate Care, we commemorated the retirement of our Senior Accountant, Kindra Nehring. With almost 9 years of service, Kindra's expertise and genuine demeanor has significantly contributed to the team's success. The celebration of her career serves as a gesture of our gratitude and appreciation for years of commitment and dedication. As Kindra moves into this new chapter, we extend our best wishes and hope she enjoys this well-deserved time for herself.
