At UKG, we firmly believe in doing the right thing for our employees, our customers and our communities. In 2022, we supported more than 170 organizations with $4M in charitable donations. In 2021 we announced a multimillion-dollar pay equity initiative called Close the Gap where we will partner with 4 nonprofits that are focused on bringing greater access to education, opportunity, and pay equity to women of color, and other underrepresented groups.
