    In 2019, we launched our employee Global Self-Identification (GSID) program to get a more accurate picture of our workforce's diversity–beyond gender and race. Today, we’re excited to publish our first thought leadership paper on our GSID program, in which we outline our approach and learnings from the last four years. By sharing this paper, we hope to help other organizations set up similar programs and engage in conversations on how we can improve the process and progress together. Knowing your workforce isn’t a question of if, but how. We’re proud to share the guidelines we follow to conduct a global self-identification program that meets local legal requirements, builds trust among employees, and secures data with the highest privacy standards.
