    🚨 Massachusetts is officially the 11th state to pass a pay transparency law, as Governor Maura Healey signed the bill into law July 31. 🚨 Law Specifics: ✔️ Employers with 25 or more employees in the state will be required to provide salary ranges on job postings. 📆 The law takes effect July 31, 2025. 💲There is a employee reporting requirement as well. Employers with 100 or more employees will be required to share federal wage and workforce data reports with the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development.  We delved into this topic further in our latest Trusaic blog.
