We are pleased to announce our second closing within the past week! The True storage acquisitions team successfully closed on a former Super Walmart, located in South Bend, IN. 📢 The retail conversion features over 200,000 gross sgft and will be our teams largest retail conversion to date! Located on heavily trafficked Portage Rd, this site is within miles from The University of Notre Dame . We are excited to get rolling with the local contractors we have signed up on the job 🏗
