TriVector’s Senior Vice President and CTO, Marc Verhage, played a crucial role as the SLS Stages Transportation lead in the transportation of the SLS Core Stage 2. The Core Stage was loaded on the Pegasus barge and hauled across 900 miles from the Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana to the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Marc was hard at work coordinating and supporting this move and even had the amazing opportunity to meet Artemis II Canadian astronaut and mission specialist Jeremy Hansen! The Core Stage is an integral part of the SLS rocket that will power the next stage of the Artemis mission.
