Meet Donna Ouellette, the Director of Business Development at Triple S. Donna plays a crucial role in helping our Members leverage all the programs and departments Triple S offers to ensure they remain profitable and successful in the ever-changing Jan/San landscape. In her day-to-day role, Donna tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each Member. Whether through in-person meetings, virtual sessions, or detailed program explanations, she provides the support necessary for growth. She assists with everything from converting purchases to Triple S suppliers to offering product knowledge. Often, she uncovers hidden needs through thoughtful questions and personalized support, addressing the distinct requirements of every Member. The most rewarding part of Donna’s job is twofold. First, she finds great satisfaction in helping Members embrace Triple S programs, seeing the value of the Triple S family, and watching their success as they engage with our team, other Members, and our Supplier partners. Second, she takes joy in welcoming new Members to the Triple S family and witnessing their excitement as they discover all that Triple S has to offer. Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, hiking, Zumba, reading, quilting, and exploring all that Maine has to offer. She recently relocated from Rhode Island to Maine in May 2023 to be closer to her grandchild and now enjoys living just ten minutes from a lake and thirty minutes from the ocean. Professionally, Donna brings a wealth of experience to her role. She worked for an independent Jan/San distributor before the small company sold to a larger one in Rhode Island, where she served as the Sales and Operations Manager for over 15 years. Donna’s theme song for Triple S is "With a Little Help from My Friends" by The Beatles. She believes Triple S is more than just a business—it's a place where lifelong friendships are formed. Attending a regional meeting or Clean Team event, you'll see Members and Suppliers who genuinely care about each other and strive to help one another succeed both professionally and personally.
